Pricing depends on factors such as location, size of the property, number of units, floors, conditions of the home, etc.
Home Seller’s Inspections
Ironclad Home Inspections will thoroughly assess the condition of the home’s readily accessible areas. This will give you a chance to make repairs if necessary to maximize the value of your property and to inform perspective buyers of existing issues so that a smooth transaction can occur.
Home Buyer’s Inspections
Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Ironclad Home Inspections will help reduce stress by performing a comprehensive inspection of all key elements of the house to enable you to make an informed decision before completing the purchase of your home.
New Construction Inspections
An inspection is still important even for a new construction home. Doing so holds the building contractors to a higher standard, and makes sure the house will be truly ready for you to move in. While it may feel like one last unnecessary expense, an inspection protects you and your investment for the long term.
Annual Maintenance Inspections
Even the most vigilant homeowner can, from time to time, miss small problems or forget about performing some routine home repairs and seasonal maintenance. That’s why an annual home maintenance inspection will help keep your home in good condition, prevent serious issues, and increase your home’s resale value.
INSPECTION ADD-ONS
Radon Testing – $185.00 with inspection.
We’re an InterNACHI certified Advanced Radon Measurement Service Provider.
- Radon is a radioactive gas that emanates from soil and tends to concentrate in enclosed spaces such as houses, basements, crawlspaces, etc.
- Radon is the second-leading cause of lung cancer after smoking.
- Because there is no known safe level of exposure to radon, the EPA recommends mitigation for radon levels between 2 pCi/L and 4 pCi/L.
- The average indoor radon level is estimated to be about 1.3 pCi/L, and about 0.4 pCi/L of radon is normally found in the outside air. The U.S. Congress has set a long-term goal that indoor radon levels be no more than outdoor levels.
Lab Analysis: We use RTCA as our certified lab for analysis. Results are typically given via email on the same day the lab receives the canisters.
